Vidorra

the problem
the brief

High-rise condominium tower in San Antonio
St. Paul Square — revitalized area near downtown
Sell upscale urban living, locally and internationally

The name for this first-to-market high-rise condominium tower needed to invite a “new point of view” — drawing residents to the up-and-coming St. Paul Square area. Beyond that, the name had to speak to a particular target: Central Americans looking for a second home for themselves or their children attending San Antonio universities.

the name

Vidorra is a Spanish term — chiefly used in Central America — meaning “the good life.” As such, it perfectly captures the essence of upscale high-rise living. Resonating with the city’s Spanish speakers and well beyond our borders, the name Vidorra offered an aspirational positioning for the new condominium tower and the surrounding neighborhood.
